Getting A Street Parking Permit

Getting a permit to park in the streets of Montreal is a relative easy task. The city is divided into several sectors and you can get a permit only for the sector area of your residence.

The car sticker is valid for one year from October to September. As of 2008, it costs $60 per year.

• a proof of residence.
• the car insurance proof.
